How can I contact you?

Where is Lawless Vines located?

We ship nationwide from central Indiana.

Are there limitations to coupons?

Items excluded from discounts and spending minimums include gift cards, sales tax, shipping & handling, and previous purchases. Coupons may not be combined with any other coupons, discounts, offers, or promotions. Void if altered or copied. Only one coupon code can be used per transaction on in-stock items.

How long will it take to receive my plants?

Shipping orders are shipped each Monday. Shipping time may vary depending on your location, but it should take one to three business days. If expedited shipping is purchased, your order will be shipped on the day it was ordered

Local pickup orders can be picked up during pickup hours.

Will my plant look like the pictures on this site?

Unless otherwise noted, the plant you receive might not be the exact one pictured in a listing. It will be very similar and just as beautiful!

What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns due to the delicate nature of the plants. If you're unhappy with your purchase, please contact us here we'll be happy to evaluate the situation and consider you for a replacement or store credit. Original shipping costs will not be refunded nor provided as store credit.

Do you have a specific plant?

The plants we have available are listed online. If you’d like to be updated about restocks, inventory, etc. consider signing up for our newsletter here.

How do you prepare for shipping in cold weather?

During the winter, please add Winter Insurance to your order. When Winter Insurance is purchased, we will personally check the temperatures:

  • If temperatures are 32 degrees and above, we will insulate the package with additional materials. No heat pack will be added so as to not damage the plants.

  • Between 31 and 21 degrees, we will insulate the package with additional materials and add a heat pack.

  • Below 21 degrees, we will hold your order until the temperature rises. We will email you with information on what to expect next.

Do you sell wholesale?

We do not at this time.

Are you open to the public?

We are not open to the public. We do offer local pickup for orders.

Do you take special orders?

Feel free to contact us to make a request, but it is at our discretion whether or not it is fulfilled.

Do you ship outside the US?

Unfortunately, not at this time. Consider signing up for our newsletter to keep up with any news.
